A concert in honor of the famous composer S.V. Rachmaninoff’s 140 th anniversary
17 March 2013. A concert in honor of the famous composer S.V. Rachmaninoff’s 140 th anniversary was held as part of the festival «The school of the future». The music of S.V. Rachmaninoff, J.S.Bach, D.Shostakovich, E.Grieg, Mayer, V.Ptushkin, F.Wohlfahrt, P.Zilcher, G.Belov, Navin was played by the students and teachers of Zaporizhya Music schools # 5, # 6 and School of Arts # 1. It allowed the listeners to perceive the «pure» instrumental music whose mission is to interpret the phenomena of reality in abstract musical images.
